WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-orders are inventory we have already ordered from the manufacturers/distributors and awaiting delivery to K'Slay Boutique. Why order pre-order? It will secure your size in your favorite trendy piece(s) before it sells out.

PAYMENT FOR PRE-ORDERS

Payment will be due in full at checkout. We do offer a few different interest free shop now, pay later options at checkout.

SHIPPING

Pre-order item(s) will state "pre-order" and will have estimated shipping date. We cannot guarantee these dates as they are subject to change without notice from the manufacturers/distributors.

If you add in-stock item(s) along with pre-order item(s) to your checkout, your in-stock item(s) will ship when your pre-order item(s) are ready to ship. If you prefer to have your in-stock item(s) shipped sooner, we strongly suggest you place a separate order from your pre-order item(s).

REFUND

In the event, we can not deliver your pre-order item(s) a full refund will be issued to the same method of payment. For damaged item(s) please see our refund policy on the home page.
