DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive a damaged item(s), please take a clear picture of the damage and send email along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. You have 2 days from delivery of the damaged unworn, unused item(s) to reach out to us. After 2 days you will NOT be eligible for a replacement of the damaged item(s).
